Excess Baggage

All members of Saga Gold are granted an extra baggage allowance. On flights within Europe, this means a total baggage allowance of 30 kg when travelling on Economy Class, 40 kg when travelling on Saga Class and 25 kg on domestic flights in Iceland. Passengers travelling to or from the USA are allowed one extra piece of luggage, making three in all.

You must present the Saga Gold Card and ask specifically for the benefit when you book the ticket and again at check-in counters.

Travellers with connections to make should note that this allowance is valid on Icelandair flights only.
